Mail-in repairs are a great option for customers who do not live local to me. They are ideal for smaller devices such as laptops.

These would consist of packing the device up securely and posting it at a nearby location.

The label alongside any additional documents will be emailed to you.
If you do not have a printer, please let me know: I should be able to provide a scannable code for printing in-store at supporting locations.

Any postage costs will be included in the initial invoice, so nothing will creep up on you!
These vary depending on the weight of the item but will all be prepaid before you need to send anything.
